Motorcycling Australia (MA) is now calling for wild card applications for Round 2 of the 2019 Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) at The Bend Motorsport Park (25-28 April 2019). The opportunity allows Australian riders to compete against the best talent Asia has to offer when the ARRC visits South Australia alongside Round 3 of the 2019 Motul Pirelli Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) for International MotoFest at The Bend.
Up to 12 wild cards are available in total across three categories including four for the brand-new Asia Superbike 1000 (ASB1000) class, four for SuperSport 600 (SS600), and a further four for Asia Production 250 (AP250).
Wildcards selected for the ASB1000 category will have the honour of competing in the class as it races for the first time on Australian soil after being introduced for the first time in 2019.
Further information for prospective applicants is available on the application form below. Completed applications should be returned to Liz Galazkiewicz via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Applications close at 12:00PM AEST, Friday 29 March 2019.
