Struggling to sign in?
If you are receiving an error such as, 'there is a problem with your login details', it may be that you have tried too many times to sign into your profile and it has placed a security lock.
To have this lifted you can contact both the licencing team or your state controlling body.

Club membership not displayed on your profile?
Unless you have paid your membership directly via RiderNet, your club membership will not be displayed on your profile.
If you have purchased your membership external to RiderNet, the club will need to assign the membership on your profile.
How to apply for a licence?

What is proof of competency?
For junior riders this is a kickstart assessment, or an endorsement signed off by an MA-affiliated coach.
For senior riders that do not have a motorcycle road licence or previous MA licence; you can use our senior competency form found here – this will be filled out by an MA official or coach to ensure that you are competent to ride in motorcycle sport.
How do I apply for a riding number?
Riding numbers for state and club level events are handled through the state controlling bodies. The contact details for each can be found here.

How to register for an event?
To register for an event, you can follow our user guide here.
If you are unsure about any requirements for the event, you can reach out to the event organiser.
How do I get my suspension lifted?
If your suspension is a ‘medical’ suspension you need to obtain a doctors clearance outlining that you recovered from your injury and that you are fit to return to motorcycle racing.
If you are suspended for a concussion you will need to complete the return to sport form, found here.
This supporting documentation will need to be uploaded to the suspension in your profile.
Any other suspension type will need to be cleared by the body that suspended you i.e. MA for national suspensions.
I don’t know my member number, how can I find it?
If you are unsure of your member number, you can reach out to the licencing team or your state controlling body.
In order for MA to locate your account, we will need the following details:
- Your full name
- Your Date of Birth
- Residential Address
