This collaborative strategy is built on the foundational pillars of Venues & Growth, Connectivity & Innovation, People & Culture and Social Responsibility, aligning directly with the Australian Sports Commission’s Play Well vision of creating safe, welcoming, inclusive and fun sporting experiences for everyone.

Foundation phase 2025-2028
Empowering People & Organisations
New training for recreational officials and a best-practice digital e-learning platform equipping every member with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
Driving Lifelong Involvement
Mentor program guidelines connecting experience with emerging talent, plus a national volunteer recognition program celebrating those who make motorcycling possible.
Activating Places & Spaces
Increasing accessibility through ‘Come and Try’ days in controlled environments and empowering clubs with grant-writing guidelines to open more doors for communities.
Building Connections
Strengthening collaboration between MA and State Controlling Bodies to harmonise participation pathways and ensure consistent national standards.
Championing Equitable Access
Reducing barriers to entry for underrepresented communities and launching a national media campaign highlighting the benefits of community-based motorcycling.
Transforming Culture
Embedding the highest standards of integrity and child safeguarding across the sport in partnership with Sport Integrity Australia.
