Brett Redman (President)
Redman is an owner and Executive Director of Call Design (www.calldesign.com.au, or www.calldesignna.com), which is a work force optimisation company that operates globally, with offices in the USA, Spain, the Philippines, Sydney and Melbourne.
As a long-term motorcyclist, Redman is passionate about the sport and is a member of the Baulkham Hills Junior Motorcycle Training Club. This has led him to become both a scrutineer and clerk for motocross and minikhana.
Alana Baratto

Baratto is a lifelong motorcycle fan and is the current Head Of Marketing at Ducati Australia and New Zealand. Alana previously led the marketing team at the KTM Group managing marketing, communications and events.
In addition to sitting on the MA Board Of Directors, Alana represents FIM Oceania on the Women In Motorcycling Commission.
Alana has also worked with Polaris Industries as a marketing specialist, managing and executing marketing strategies for both the Victory and Indian brands, and has also handled marketing for Aprilia and Moto Guzzi.
Gavin Quinney

Gavin is currently the Managing Director APAC and board member of OE Elsafe, a global electronics and software company. He is also the owner of DMK Designs, a dirt bike graphics company.
He has an extensive background in serving on motocross committees in New Zealand and Australia and as a chairman of a board in New Zealand. He also has an extensive background working for multinational and Fortune 500 companies in executive and leadership roles.
Gavin and his family are mad about anything with two or four wheels, and he continues to try and master the art of anything with two wheels after completing a successful sporting life at a representative level in New Zealand.
Lisa Potter

Lisa is the Business Operations Manager for MacDonnells Law, a Brisbane- and Cairns-based commercial law firm.
She has worked in senior leadership, management and financial roles as a director, CEO, CFO, executive manager and consultant for over 30 years. These have included 12 years in various non-profit businesses (sports, environment, community services, employment services) and the balance in the real estate sector and other commercial businesses.
She holds an MBA and is skilled in strategic planning, financial management, policy, quality systems, risk management, board governance and ICT strategy.
A self-confessed motorcycling tragic, she has ridden a variety of sports bikes for many years, covering thousands of kilometres of the best roads in Australia and a couple of the race circuits. She added adventure bikes to the mix in 2019, riding tracks all over Western Australia, remote Northern Territory and Queensland. You will find her out on a bike or in the garage on most weekends.
Simon Bailey
Simon is a strategist who has spent 40 years in change management. His experience includes executive management and board roles in both private and public companies. During that time, he has been responsible for the startup, turnaround and/or restructuring of entities ranging from micro-business to Top 50 companies, and government entities at local, state and federal levels.
He is an experienced corporate executive with extensive HR and commercial legal skills and a board member known for his commitment to quality governance and the implementation of sustainable strategy. Simon also has previously served on the MA board.
He has been riding since childhood and raced superbikes briefly – as a stress relief strategy! He is also a member of the Victorian Motorcycle Community Engagement Panel – an initiative aimed at ensuring all government and regulatory planning that impacts motorcyclists has input from people who ride.
Tony Hinton

Tony brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience with Honda Australia, including executive responsibility for the Motorcycle, Power Products and Marine Divisions.”
He has developed deep expertise across commercial operations, regulatory frameworks and industry engagement, leading national dealer networks, delivering sustained market leadership and holding full P&L accountability across complex, multi-channel environments.
In addition to his corporate career, Tony has also served as chairman and director of the motorcycle division of the Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries, representing all the major motorcycle brands in Australia. This role strengthened his governance capability and reinforced his commitment to balanced industry advocacy, stakeholder alignment and constructive government engagement.
Coming from a multi-generational racing family, Tony spent his early years immersed in international grand prix racing before competing successfully himself – including multiple victories at the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix in Bathurst.
He is passionate about the future of motorcycling in Australia in supporting continued growth, innovation and responsible leadership.
Michela Isella

Michela Isella is a Principal Consultant and Digital Lead for Victoria at Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company, where she advises public and private sector organisations on digital transformation, data strategy and AI-enabled innovation. Her leadership in digital innovation was recognised through her selection as a finalist in the 2025 Women in Digital Awards (Rising Star category).
She has a double master’s degree in law and business, and professional experience spanning corporate law, ESG equity research and management consulting.
Alongside her professional career, Michela has an elite sporting background. She has competed internationally in tennis on the WTA circuit and currently holds a top 20 world ranking in the ITF Masters Circuit (30-plus age group).
Her passion for motorcycling has been shaped by a lifelong connection to the sport: from MotoGP to World Superbike and motocross. After relocating to Australia from Italy, Michela obtained her motorcycle licence, experiencing firsthand the freedom, independence and sense of identity that motorcycling can provide.
She is dedicated to shaping a future where more people can see themselves in the sport and thrive within it.
