A record crowd flocked to Newcastle Foreshore to witness history as the FIM Asia SuperMoto Championship roared into life on Australian soil for the first time.
The 2016 Stay Upright Australian Supermoto Championship were conducted over the weekend of the 29th – 31st July determining the Supermoto PRO and WOMEN champions for 2016.
Troy Bayliss will be attempting to regain the Australian Supermoto Championship title he won in 2014 in the PRO (S2) class. Troy will also be going for a perfect trifecta after entering the OPEN and VETERAN’S classes as well.
Anthony West has confirmed that he will race the 2016 Stay Upright Australian Supermoto Championship.
