<s>12.27.4.1 Handlebars must be securely plugged. The width of solo handlebars must be not less than 600mm and not more than 850mm.</s>
Rationale:
The Junior handlebar ruling is a duplication of the general handlebar regulations included under Section 12D: Technical Regulations, 12.25 Frames and Parts. This section of the chapter is the overruling section for all Motocross classes. There is no need for a junior specific ruling.
